The R1300GS sets a new benchmark in the touring enduro community - an easier handling meets the more pullthrough motor with some new technical extras.
We offer the R1300GS in two different versions:
1. R1300GS "adaptive" - in this version you can also chose a setting of the electronis chasis that lowers the bike when it comes to stop, so the better ground contact is a benefit for people with shorter legs.
2. R1300GS "ASA & adaptive" - full automatic shifted gears in combination with the adaptive chasis. ASA stands for Automatic Shifting Assistant
Based on our experiences in 2024 with the very specific operation involving various locking mechanisms (physical key, electronic key, pre-programmed via ignition menu, or even steering lock) — which requires extensive explanation during handover and also demands some adjustment from customers — we have converted all our R1300GS models to the proven Vario cases from the R1250GS.
The company Wunderlich offers an optimal adapter set for this, which convinced us completely after just the first season. Consistently satisfied customers, zero complaints, and even more storage capacity speak for themselves.
Starting in the 2026 season, we will also offer the R1250GS top case on all our R1300GS models, thanks to the adapter plate from Wunderlich.
